Global Medicines Program Presents at Western Regional International Health Conference

The 9th Annual Western Regional International Health Conference (WRIHC), “At a Crossroads: Choosing Hidden Paths in Global Health,” took place on the UW Seattle campus April 27-29, 2012 (www.wirhc.org).

Joseph Babigumira presented in two sessions at the conference: “Marginalized Populations: Health: A Human Right?” and “Realities in the Field: When Good Intentions are not Enough” Becky Bartlein presented two posters “Global Medicines Program” and  “Actions of the National Regulatory Authorities in Developing Countries following US FDA and EMA Safety Alerts on Rosiglitazone,” the latter on behalf of Andy Stergachis.
