Disease Control Priorities Network Releases Volume on Essential Surgery

The first volume on global surgery by the Disease Control Priorities Network was released last week at Consortium for Universities for Global Health Cnnual Conference. The effort, which identified essential and feasible surgeries in low resource settings, involved many UW faculty including Joseph Babigumira and Andy Stergachis.
