Congratulations to Norio Kasahara

Norio Kasahara successfully defended his dissertation titled “Assessing the Availability, Service Quality, and Price of Essential Medicines in Private Pharmacies in Afghanistan” on March 13, 2015.  Next up – a return to Afghanistan where he is currently the Deputy Director of MSH Afghanistan field office.
