2013 SIAPS Review Meeting Held in Kampala, Uganda

The Global Medicines Program participated in the 2013 Systems for Improved Access to Pharmaceuticals and Services (SIAPS) Review Meeting in Kampala, Uganda, June 17-21.  The Global Meeting provided an opportunity to review, learn, share and celebrate important work from across the SIAPS projects.  The SIAPS Program funded by the US Agency for International Development (USAID) builds on the achievements of the its predecessor the Strengthening Pharmaceutical Systems (SPS) Program by working to assure the availability of quality pharmaceutical products and effective pharmaceutical services to achieve desired health outcomes.  As a core partner, the Global Medicines Program presently works with several countries through SIAPS.
